Dancing Strong is aimed at building strength and flexibility that supports dancers in the technical foundations that we train in a dance class and gives students tools to assist them through learning more advanced steps and movements. This class also works on supporting young people through and teaching them about injury prevention techniques; an important thing to learn about in dance, whether it is a hobby for you, or something you are pursuing more seriously. One of the best things about dance is it is not only a form of art and creative & self-expression, but it also a sport. We think it is important to give our kids and young people the opportunity to develop their foundations thoroughly!
